Instruction:

1. Bend the metal plate in the center of the heart

2. In a few seconds the interior will crystallize reaching about 50-60 degrees

3. After it cools down, boil the heart in hot water for about 5-10 minutes to make it gel again and let it cool down so that you can use the heater again (by bending the plate again)
